1) 1994-1999 (1st five years):
The founder of the company Mr.Shixin Ren, (engineer majored in tooling) started casting business with a state-owned company allowed for exporting in China. In 1999, he entered the automotive OEM industry in Germany market, which is the first milestone in the Company’s business development. |

2) 2000-2004 (2nd five years):
Our engineering department was set up in 2000. Since then, we have acted as an important designing assistant office independent from customers’ R&D department.
| 2003: |
ERP system was established for our sales department. Two months thereafter, we entered into locomotive industry via collaborative teamwork during SARS period, and successfully assisted our customer from part design, process selection, trial sample, lot production to door to door JIT air delivery of 100 tons. That was the second milestone in the Company’s development, also a significant turning point from OEM to ODM. |

3) 2005-2009 (3rd five years):

ERP system upgraded, and sales, warehousing, engineering integrated. |

Business flow was established, quality management became effective, marking the second milestone in the development history of the company.

Product data management was implemented in the engineering department.
· Elected as one of the 5 most expansive private companies in Qingdao. |
| 2008: |
Our ISO9001 (2008) quality system is once again certified and approved by TÜV. |
| 2009: |
ERP system improved based On BOM,MRP philosophy. |
